Plugins of Jquery or JS libraries

Hello, How can I add jquery plugins for web forms?
Is there any way to install or add JS libraries? for example I want to use jsPDF for creating a pdf file, how can I install it?

As convention, put all the css in public/css and mention it in build.json which must be located here: ~/frappe_bench/apps/your_app/your_app/public/build.json, so it will be built with command bench build.
