Print Designer Missing Item Name When Printing

When setting up a custom quotation printout, I add a table for the items. The item code is automatically selected and the item name is appended.

When I go to print the PDF file, it renders like this:

Now it is missing the item name. I was almost able to generate a quotation and print it out completely within ERPNext. Until this.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi..Please select Item Name in the table. The above one is Item Code only select by default item name is showing, but it is not showing in the print format. So please select Item Name column also.
