Raven messsages sended through server script not showing

  1. I have created a script which called a bot and it sends a Direct message to the owner of the Invoice, Its Working properly but in Raven messages Doctype its not showing the message which is sended to the Owner. But all the other messages which send are visible in Message.

  2. In Raven app the chats when i scroll up the UI Keep shaking until i click on typing bar ?

  1. Raven message list (on desk) will only show messages that you send - does the recipient see the message on the Raven web app?
  2. This is a known issue on the Raven mobile app. If the issue is very persistent, you can fallback to the Raven PWA that runs on the browser and can be installed on your phone as a PWA.

Yes! He is getting the messges on his Raven App. The Recipient is using the Playstore App Raven

Yeah, on web, use /raven on your site - that’s where the app is. The message will be shown to the recipient.

OK, I got it now as a system manager also if im not a Admin its not showing me the messages send through script regardless that i have full permissions, As I change it to the admin its showing me all the messages sended to users.

The recipient were getting messages but due to some permission issue i thing it was not showing to Me but after I login as Admin all the messages are showing now.
