I have a question regarding the Frappe HR module. If we are looking to hire an engineer and want to conduct an assessment and interview, does the module provide an inbuilt live coding IDE facility? If not, could you please explain how that workflow typically functions within the system?

Frappe HR doesn’t have a built-in live coding IDE — that’s a specialized feature you’d typically get from platforms like HackerRank, Codility, CoderPad, etc
You could link assessment results in the Job Applicant record as notes or attachments, but there’s no direct integration out of the box
If you need the integration within HR Module : a custom app that connects to an assessment API might be possible, but that would require development work
