Reset cache and the frappe HR dissappeared from my home screen

I reset my cache and then the frappe HR app disappeared from the home screen.

When I type in frappe HR it comes up and is able to be open

when I go to workspace I see HR under links - go to workspace - I click it and it says -Workspace hr does not exist however when I close that box frappe hr does open.

When I try to add a workspace icon and connect to HR it says - Duplicate Name - Desktop Icon HR already exists.

Can anyone help me get this back please.

Not sure but maybe the following might work: -

bench --site your-site clear-cache
bench --site your-site clear-website-cache
bench --site your-site migrate

Also Try to confirm if is it installed yet

If yes just clear cache then do migration as well ensure you capture if any bug appearing during migration to know the issue

Hi

it is definitely installed on the frappe cloud I can see it on the frappe cloud and also in the desktop under about it shows that frappe HR is installed. I cleared cache and did an insite migration and its still gone. iv even uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.

I can access it but I cannot get it on the homescreen

Try to Check in Desk icons list if after_install was added there.

If not mentioned that’s why you can’t find it via Desk.

@MHkadmin can you check the Framework > Build > Workspace

If it exists can you see if public and hidden are ticked?
