The switch --header-html, is not support using unpatched qt, and will be ignored.

A search on the above error turned up this thread that may help

Looks like you are using wkhtmltopdf version with unpatched Qt. What does wkhtmltopdf --version show? Also please use “preformatted text” format for the logs.
