How can we get the displayed Sender Name for outgoing emails sent from the system, such as Purchase Orders etc, to be the account/business/company name instead of the user name?
As per my understanding, It will go to the email account you have set the name to.
Can you share a screenshot? If I know I will let you know.
For example, when I sent a test Purchase Order email from the system … the sender name displayed is the user’s name, as per screenshot below.
But I would like it to instead display the account name as the sender, as in the screenshot below, i.e. we want ‘QTW’ to be displayed as the sender name (which is the business name) and NOT the user’s name who sent the email.

Please enable “Always use this name as sender name”, if you want to set the Email Account Name.

Another question, if I may, regarding this email …
When I click the ‘View this in your browser’ link, it shows the Purchase Order fine, however, when I open the attachment it is just a blank page with nothing on it!? Any ideas as to why that would be happening?
Maybe issue with the print format.
