Introduction
We are a well-established consulting firm based in Latin America, with over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions to major clients across the region.
We are currently looking for a highly experienced ERPNext HR (HRMS) expert to join a large-scale implementation project in Costa Rica.
This is not a junior or training role β we are specifically seeking professionals with proven, real-world ERPNext HR implementation experience.
The Opportunity

On-site role in Costa Rica -
Full relocation support (flights, accommodation, onboarding assistance) -
Long-term project (12β24 months) -
Possibility of long-term engagement or permanent role -
Work with large, well-known enterprise clients

Project Timeline
This is a planned large-scale project expected to start in approximately 6 months.
We are starting the selection process early in order to:

Identify the right expert profiles

Begin early collaboration remotely (discovery, analysis, initial design)

Ensure a smooth transition into the on-site phase
Relocation to Costa Rica is expected in 6β7 months, aligned with the project kickoff.
Selected candidates may be engaged in paid remote pre-project activities prior to relocation.
What We Are Looking For
We are ONLY interested in candidates who meet most of the following criteria:

Strong experience implementing ERPNext HR / HRMS module

Experience in medium to large-scale implementations
-
Hands-on experience with:

Employee lifecycle management
-
Payroll structures
-
Attendance & leave management
-
HR workflows and customizations
-

Experience working directly with clients (functional + advisory role)

Solid understanding of Frappe Framework (customization, workflows, scripting is a plus)

Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus but not mandatory)
