Server Always Down

I realize that my server will always down and showing ERR_CONNECTION_ISSUE and it will be up again after some period even though I didn’t do anything on the server.

  1. Anyone know any reason for this ?

  2. Which log file I should check for this ?

I get same here. I think it has something to do with IP tables.
