Hello i am trying to set an email notification to send a mail 1 day before the due date how can i do this ?

hey , i have set the mail trigger as days before and 2 days ahead and entered
16-06-2024 which is 2 days before the due date , i have not been receiving the mail.
What is happening ?
check the scheduler is active or inactive.
If inactive then active it using the command:
bench --site your-site.com enable-scheduler
hey i have enabled it but i am not getting any mail at the moment, please provide any other solutions thank you !
It will trigger automatically at 12 AM.
