Since the latest update, on any purchase order we raise for a drop ship order, we get an error message when trying to save the PO which says “Shipping Address does not belong to the [company] “
Is this a bug in the latest release, or is it a new “feature” - if it is a new feature, how do we save PO’s for drop ship orders which have the customers address?

As far as I can see, this has been a requirement dating back to at least ERPNext: v14.56.0 (version-14)
What version were you running before the upgrade? Perhaps you had an override that is no longer working?
I think you need to have “drop ship” enabled at the item level (see instructions).
I run on FrappeCloud with AutoUpdates - currently running 15.91.1 and before that would have 15.91.0 (or 15.90.18 - you get the point).
All of my products are setup for drop shipping (delivered by supplier is ticked) and all of my sales orders have the product set to be drop shipped. This has been working for pretty much ever. I can select the customers address in the shipping address (I cannot select any of my own addresses, the filter is set to customer - I just cant save the order after I set the address, I get the message saying that the customers address is not owned by my company.
Oh boy that does sound like you hit a bug, or perhaps something bench migrate might help.

It looks like this is an issue again. Am now on V15 - commit 1e16e75 / 15.95.0 and getting the same error.
