Show an image (same image) for all sales Invoices, How?

I added a custome Field Type Image in sales invoice doctype, and i want to be same for all my sales invoice. how i can put the url of that image. as per following but the image not show!!

Otherwise, you can also achieve the same using the HTML field (set your HTML code that displays your image in the ‘options’ of the HTML field)
