Is there an update friendly method to show a Custom Doctype under existing module like Getting Started etc?
I tried this Display Custom Doctype in Module
It is not update friendly since it makes changes in the Erpnext App.

you can use custom app to do that and it is update friendly.

The custom doctypes have been created in Custom App but when I want to list it under existing groups like Accounting section under Getting Started, I have to make changes in the core code as per Display Custom Doctype in Module
This customisation is causing a conflict while updating
