[Solved] Duplicate entry Email Queue

After cleaning up my installation (removing unused sites)

I found out that I was searching in the wrong database, was able to solve this similar to this:

IntegrityError: (1062, "Duplicate entry 'Sales Taxes and Charges Template' for key 'PRIMARY'")
