After I load some products links, then category link will start showing products.
which version do you use?
If the product category is not shown then Go to the Item Gropu and enable it.
Also check the E-Commerce Settings,

Its all enabled. It will work fine if I update any website item from backend. Otherwise it will not show any products.

Those two options are already enabled.
maybe route issue.
please take a small route and check it.

then reload and check it.
