In our company we normally provides advances and short term loan to our staff which we will be deducting from salary on instalment basis. Can anyone help me how whole thes process can be done in Erpnext ( Advacnce/ loan payment , Monthly deductions , to see Staff current account at any point of time etc)

There features currently not available in erpnext. As a workaround, you can book loan/advance through Journal Voucher. And while making Salary Slip, you can add installment amount in Deduction table. For that you need to create a "Deduction Type" for the installment amount. You can add that deduction amount in Salary Structure as well, that way you do not need to make entry each time in salary slip.
