There features currently not available in erpnext. As a workaround, you can book loan/advance through Journal Voucher. And while making Salary Slip, you can add installment amount in Deduction table. For that you need to create a "Deduction Type" for the installment amount. You can add that deduction amount in Salary Structure as well, that way you do not need to make entry each time in salary slip.
