Can we add a text line on a sales order to separate the product and explain something ?
Appending the description would be the least invasive method.
I recently learned you can add an entry into the items child table without including an Item from the Item docType. I haven’t tried it with a zero value. I don’t know if default print format will include items with a zero price.
