Ticket email-content field heigth

I/We have just started setting up helpdesk. One small thing we run into is the limited height of the e-mail/ticket content. Clients and users send us lengthy questions and information and our agents can only read one line at a time, which makes it harder to get an overview.

Anyone had encountered this, and how did you solve that?

I have found that this was a bug, and it has been fixef.
