Twillo setting page missing

after update the twillo setting page is gone…
any help ?

Version-13 Whatsapp channel is not showing in Notifications and Page twilio-settings not found Error

Install the twilio app and then check: cc @ankush we should remove the links for Twilio and other integrations where the app is separated from the standard listings.
