Unable to Login as Administrator After Migrating from Self-Hosted to Frappe Cloud

Hi Everyone,

I recently migrated my ERPNext site from a self-hosted installation to Frappe Cloud.

I am currently unable to log in as the Administrator user on Frappe Cloud.

When I initially set up my self-hosted ERPNext v15 instance, I used the default Administrator username and password admin provided during the setup.

After migrating the site to Frappe Cloud, the same credentials are not working.

My questions are:

  1. Is the default Administrator username/password different in ERPNext/Frappe v16?

  2. Does Frappe Cloud use a different Administrator password after migration?

  3. What is the correct way to reset the Administrator password on a migrated Frappe Cloud site?

The site and data have been migrated successfully; the issue is only with logging in as Administrator.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Easiest: log in as Administrator directly from your Frappe Cloud site dashboard, the site page has a Login as Administrator option, which drops you straight into the Desk with an authenticated session. No password needed.
