Update Items In Purchase Order After Submit

Current Situation

  • In My Purchase Order workflow, the Update Items button is visible only when the PO is in the Approved state.

  • Only the users/roles mentioned in Only Allow Edit For can update items.

What I want

After the PO is submitted, the Update Items button should be visible to everyone listed in “Only Allow Edit For”, not just the approver.
When they update the item details, the workflow state should restart from the beginning (ex: Draft / Pending CTO Approval / Pending Approval etc.)..

Can anyone assist me with this requirement? I would like to know the best approach to achieve it??
