Is there any documentation on upgrading from v5.x.x to v6.x.x?

So i added a column delivered_by_supplier to the table tabPurchase Order and did bench update --upgrade again.
Then it upgraded without any error.

When doing update, I am getting "File “frappe-bench/apps/frappe/frappe/init.py”, line 243, in _raise_exception

frappe.exceptions.DoesNotExistError: DocType Payment Gateway Account not found
" error message.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
