For non official frappe apps, I recommend asking in their relevant github repo. You will get better answers there.
I am not familiar with that app but it seems that you lack permissions to submit/print? Check the roles and permissions
The “Update” button is currently being used to create an order initially, which is incorrect — I’ll raise an issue for this.
For now, you can use the “Update” button to create an order initially, and once the order is created, the “Print” button will appear.
