V13: Product Settings

Hi
I just migrated from v12 to v13 and now am trying to build the all products page.
When I am trying to setup filters and shopping cart etc, the product settings page isnt opening:

Has this module been deprecated or moved because I cant find any other help articles about the same. If so how do I configure products page on website
Any help on this is much appreciated.

Which version are you on?

On v13.11 Product and Shopping Cart Setttings have been consolidated into E Commerce Settings as per this Release Note and this PR
