in my business we’re buying from householders and selling to other businesses. so, we’ve like 5000 supplier and 5 clients. our couriers collect items from suppliers (householders) then deliver it to warehouse. warehouse has 3 processes receiving, sorting and selling. how to apply this model in erpnext stock module?
In your case, for the initial deployment you can make Purchase Invoice/ Purchase Receipt to put the material in Preliminary Warehouse. Furthermore, You can move between layers using a Doctype named Stock Entry, there is option of Stock Entry type called Transfer (which allows you to transfer material between Warehouses Internally), one you select this type, it will ask you warehouse from and warehouse to. Fill the form and it will transfer from Warehouse to Warehouse.
