Unable to create/modify users

Hello Everything was working fine, but suddenly I am not able create or modify users. While creating/modifying users it is showing error "Please specify 'Auto Email Id' in Setup > Email Settings". The Auto Email Id already is there. I have not changed anything in my mail server also, it is working properly. Last Monday I have updated ERPNext, after that update I am facing this issue.
