I’m trying to understand the users that are generated when installing ERPNext. I see three users, see attached screenshot. I’m not sure how and when each one is being used.
The three users are:
- Website User w/ ID Guest
- System User w/ ID Administrator
- System User w/ ID khoa@email.com
All three seem to share the same email (khoa@email.com) from what I can understand. When I access the site from Frappe Cloud with the Login As Administrator button I login to the System User with ID Administrator account. When, I login to the site normally via the Visit Site I login as the System User w/ ID khoa@email.com.
I would expect the behavior to be flipped, because the System User w/ ID khoa@email.com is the one that I use to login to Frappe Cloud and when I change the details of that account it’s reflected in the ERPNext Users List. However it doesn’t seem to be the case?
Also I can’t tell when the normal Guest account used? I can’t seem to understand which account is used to sign in when? Can anyone clarify the flow here?
I haven’t changed any permissions or set any settings, this is right after creating ERPNext.
