Hi. Can we make whatsapp auto chatbot connected with erpnext?
Auto reply balance invoice or payment to cuatomer or vendors when asked
Fore example I am customer of company the company have auto chat whatsapp I chat then iasked my my customer number or name then I have list of queries balance,payment invoices etc
I reply with 1 to get my balance or 2 to check invoice amount etc
