When creaing a new product, the category is not searchable

Need guidance on this topic.

when creating a new product or adding the item category. The item category is not searchable.

Only few category get listed in the drop down. Not sure what is the issue.

This instance is hosted frappe cloud.

can you share some video or photos?

Are you talking about Item Group? Did you check User Permissions? Does it happen with all users? When you go to Item Group List View, can you see all the records?
