One of the badges refer to this tutorial, but cannot find the tutorial anywhere

Looking for it on the internet by searching the relevant words is understandably giving me framework and erpnext tutorials instead.
Please guide, I am a new user and would like to navigate this site a bit more efficiently. I also like the badge collection aspect of it. 
Maybe include that link in the badge info itself, just a suggestion.
