Do you get any error back check doctype
Are you on production, if not try to rebuild bench build maybe the installation setup or permission issue
If any client script is applied then remove it or comment out it.
then reload and check it.
For material request there is no client script
Update the latest version and check it. because we tested it recently so we haven’t found the issue.
