I am facing a problem in 2 Factor authentication I have not getting verification code to registered email. I have enabled 2 factor authentication on system settings and role list. My other Default outgoing email is working properly

i have almost same issue with V13.8 , QR code link received by email only one time and it’s expired , now we need new code and erpnext doesn’t send QR code link any more .
any one know solution ?
