A lot of missing features occured after reinstalling

when i went to reinstall using the command bench reinstall i can only see the tools email inbox and explore( see screenshot

Check to make sure that the ERPNext app is installed on the site

Use this:

bench --site [your.site.name] install-app erpnext

That should put you a fresh site on your fresh bench install.
