I’m sorry if i did not explain this well….
I just noticed this from the the doctypes that create stock ledger entries where the amounts tend to vary. I expected that once an accounting entry is made, it should not be changed. For example, I’m seeing entries for the month of November that had changed on December when it should have not changed.
In Perpetual Entry,If you create a backdated entry which affects stock valuation, this leads to a change in existing transactions.
Thank you for responding. By any chance, Is there any other reason aside from backdated entries causing this?
