Ability to collapse the tabbed discussion

Hi

The new forums look slick and much more faster than the google groups esp. for users like me who used the web-based google groups instead of the emails.

I would like to suggest 2 things:

  1. First that there is no link on the frappe.io main page for the discussion forums
  2. The threaded view of a topic should be collapsible since that is something which we had on GG (google groups)
  3. The user groups should also be deprecated from GG as I think this groups is much better looking and more professional.

Links there in footer, but once the forums are merged, will put a link from the top navbar
