Hi, It seems that i can’t import the email, phone, mobile info in system by using the template, i’ve import the supplier data and did put the link (supplier name) into dynamic link column.
But after import the contact data i export it to review if seems the said data hav’nt not successfully imported.
Here is the template that i export, row 10~14 is manually input data, row 15 is import data…
Is some steps/info i’ve missed into template?
If i import the missing data again using update existing data method, do i still need input the ID again? Thanks
