Accessing erpnext remotely using ip address

I installed ubuntu 22.04 Server on virtual box guest machine hosted on windows 11,

the installation completed successfully. now i want to access the erpnex using same local network and when i try to access vi Ip address on the server machine i get the error
192.168.100.60:8000 Does not exit

Check it. and also verify your ip.
