this is the account tree, my main concern now is the Bike Maintenance
when i filter the GL, to Bike Maintenance, i get the data fine,
but when i filter the GL, to Expenses or Indirect Expenses, all the children of the Indirect Expenses or Expenses will appear but not Bike Maintenance.
this case not only for the bike maintenance, it happens to other account heads, around 10, and I am not sure could this reflect or not on preparing the Profit and loss statement, but those same accounts also not showing under their parents, Expenses or Indirect Expenses, which lead to not show at all in the P&L.
Could someone explain, why this might happen? how to prevent it from happening again?
