Account manager can't see employee in Dropdown

I have a User who is simply a “Account manager”

when he creates the Payment entry, he only sees his name in dropdown, as an Account manager he should see all employee
** I don’t want to give him HR type role to let him see employee data
i simply want he can just see and select the all employee here

Please anyone help ?

@Rajat96318 go to users → user permission, find the employee and delete the employee restriction.
also you can uncheck the ‘create user permission’ in his employee profile , so restrictions wont appear again.

You use “Ignore User Permissions” for payment entry.

Please check and learn the User Permissions.

Please understand my problem, i don’t want Account Manager to see Employee data, and also want he should see employee (title & name) in Party link field

what you said “ignore user permission” in checkbox it doesn’t resolve

Remove the Employee doctype rights from the Account Manager.

Account Manager doesn’t have access already
only four have : employee, employee self service, hr user, hr manager

I think, you have to understand the Role Permission.

Go to the Role Permission Manager and check the Employee DocType-related roles.
