Account Numbers \ Account Names

Hello All

First of all i would like to thank you all for your contribution into this awesome software, I can see that alot of efforts have been put into it.

My questions is like this

  1. Is there a way to create an account for each new customer automatically with the same name of the customer field ? if there is please guide me on how to do it.

  2. Can the account number be created automatically for that customer as well ? using a naming series function ?

Hi,

Auto account creation with same name of customer and Account number is not exists right now. You need to do manually for that
-You have to go ‘Chart of Account’-> under ‘Account Receivable’ create child account
-Give Account Number,Name and Account Type and save

  • Map that Account name in Customer form->in ‘Accounting’ section

Otherwise, Need to do customisation.
