Here I’m facing an issue with accounting dimensions, where i have multiple accounting dimensions ( 8 ) while passing journal entry i have to give the details, there are certain conditions i have followed through
- Allocated budget against to project
- while creating budget i have given the ledgers with particular amount so those amount can be accommodated against to ledgers which are mentioned.
- So, here i created accounting dimensions as project center, location,… etc…, so while passing the Journal entry these all information must be fulfilled.
here the issue is, Project center can have multiple project. So, The ledger whatever we allotted in budget those amount only to be accommidated while submitting, but here just because one project center is having multiple project. all project the journal entry amount calculating to one project and because of this entry not happening to the system and saying as exceeded amount. here I’m adding the snap of it . Some times it is happening for other accounting dimensions as well… How i can pass my entry and restrict it to one particular project ??
