when I generate movements for a purchase order or sales order in the books are no movements in the accounts . How do I setup ?
Did u created sales invoice after creating sales order ? Transaction’s will be logged after you submit an invoice not after submitting sales or purchase order.

The option to bill without this enabled , unless Present Order of Purchase and Sale.
When you enable the option to bill and invoice accounting movements are not performed is saved.
