Accounting module for a supermarket system

I need your advise from your experience. If I use ERPNext to have a system for a supermarket that is a big distributor for the other markets, restaurants, companies, … etc where should I use the accounting module? I think of Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Budgeting which available in erpnext. Also, I think of using it for the salaries of employees but I don’t know where can I do it here. Furthermore, what also accounting functions I can use in my system.
