Accounts and HR Modules Missing in ERPNext Develop

Hi
I installed ERPNext Develop mode. I can’t see all modules that are in demo versions such as accounts, HR, BOM, etc. I have re-installed the ERPnext, run bench update and run bench migrate, but still the same. Any help with that please?

Check permissions and user roles to make sure that the user has all the roles to view the modules, the modules are not disabled / hidden,

can you please explain, how to do this
because, i too stucked with some missing modules.
