We are looking to utilize the CRM function more for our use case. One issue i’m having is an accurate way to log activities (calls,emails, meetings, etc.) Is there any plan to add these functions to the CRM > Customer profile?
Please see the screenshot from Hubspot CRM which I think does a great job at logging such activities.
@DrTrills it’s already there but is hidden into email feature
Go into any customer, click into email into the bottom section, into the communication dialog uncheck “sent by email”, it will enable other options, like, visits and call recording

That is quite hidden! Perhaps something to revisit for future versions as I fear accidentally sending an email to clients accidentally.
