Add an event - CRM

I am using ERPNext 12.x

I was reading ni the documentation:

I should be able et add a call meeting, etc… by clicking on “New Event”.

While browsing through the lead page, I see no reference to the “new event” button.

Can some one tell me where it should be?

Also an Event is automatically created when you fill this:
