Add an event - CRM

I am using ERPNext 12.x

I was reading ni the documentation:
https://docs.erpnext.com/docs/v13/user/manual/en/CRM/lead#23-recording-comments-emails-and-events

I should be able et add a call meeting, etc… by clicking on “New Event”.

While browsing through the lead page, I see no reference to the “new event” button.

Can some one tell me where it should be?

Also an Event is automatically created when you fill this:

Thanks for the reply. But, since it is not French or English, I am not sure to what this refers.

Can you tell me what I am looking at adn where it is found?
