Add "apps" to docker deployment

HI All,

I have finally got ERPNext working with the docker instruction set.
However, I’m not sure how to add the additional modules:
education and payment.

I tried reading the custom-app section in the docker and am just really confused.
“$ bench get-app education”
is what the frappe/education github says to use, but I don’t see a way of accessing bench from the docker install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
