Add Dropdown menu in sidebar

I want to add dropdown menu in sidebar. Like HRMS separate app. I want to add in home link, when home clicks dropdown will comes down. Is anyone knows how we can do this?

Thanks @mangroliya. Now suppose I want to add a dropdown into sidebar. means when i click on home, the dropdown will open. and i have links on those dropdown list. Do you know how will we do it?
