Add excise tax in a bill of materials

Hello all,

My company deals with making beer, and our government taxes an excise tax at the moment the beer becomes a finished good. Therefore I want the tax to be included in the valuation of the product and I want to have it in the bill of materials. Is there a way to accomplish this?
