Add Minute Option in Service Level Agreements

Dear Users,

I need to add minutes option in service level agreements and service level.

I have added minutes option through doctype and little editing in backend file which results in successfully SLA creation but when I apply this SLA on any issue it is showing wrong hours of response and resolution(showing in months instead of minutes).

Please suggest me something.

This will be possible when this PR (v13) gets merged:

You can then set the Response and Resolution time in hrs and mins.

If yes, can you suggest me what changes I need to make in that file
